Danone Early Life Nutrition is implementing optimised KPI definitions. QuontinuIm is helping with this implementation to make sure everyone is on the same page for the definition and method of calculation. Performence is tracked and we are working together with the sites to improve the KPI trend.

Next to this, we are challenging the sites on their time needed to analyse and release finished product and find the best ways of working to reduce this time.
