Traceabiltiy and recall

Quontinuim supervised the traceability and recall exercise, from the moment everybody was informed to the debriefing.

During the exercise assumptions were challenged, things that were considered as obvious actioned and recommendations for improvement shared with the team. 
The minutes of the exercise were reviewed  and adjusted to the findings.
